On Sunday, April 28, 2013, around 9:40am, the West Shore Regional Police Department was dispatched to check on a possibly intoxicated male. Witnesses reported that the male had fallen several times and was bleeding.
When an officer arrived in the area, he observed a group of people standing around a male, laying on the sidewalk, in the 200 block of South Third Street. When the officer approached the male, he saw that he was passed out and holding an empty bottle of liquor.
The male was identified as 43 year old, Timothy Patrick QUINN, no permanent address. QUINN was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries, from him falling down. There he was issued a citation for Public Drunkenness and released. The citation will be filed with MDJ Beckley’s office.
