On Tuesday, May 28, 2013, around 8:30pm, the West Shore Regional Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Bosler Avneue, for a domestic problem. It was reported that a male, identified as Jared Jeffries FULLER, 23, from the 600 block of Bosler Avenue, lemoyne, was breaking items inside the residence.
When officers arrived in the 900 block of Bosler Avneue, they were told that the suspect was now in the 600 block of Bosler Avenue and was outside fighting with a family member. When officers arrived there, they were told that FULLER had left, on foot. However, while speaking to witnesses, FULLER returned to the scene. FULLER was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison. While in route there, FULLER became out of control and the transporting officer had to stop and call for assistance. FULLER was further restrained so he could be safely transported to the prison.
FULLER was processed on charges of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned, by video, by Magisterial District Judge H. Anthony Adams and placed in the Cumberland County Prison on $5000.00 bail. The charges were filed with MDJ Beckley’soffice.
