On Friday, May 31, 2013, around 3:30am, a West Shore Regional Police Officer, was on patrol and traveling in the 100 block of Market Street, Lemoyne. A vehicle, traveling in the opposite direction, came across the double yellow line and almost struck the patrol officer’s vehicle.
A traffic stop was made on the vehicle and the driver was identified as 28-year-old Marcel Leigh GRAMLING< from the 200 block of Herr Street, Harrisburg. While speaking with GRAMLING, she exhibited signs of being intoxicated and was placed under arrest. GRAMLING was transported to the Cumberland County Prison, where she submitted to a blood test. She was then processed on charges of Driving Under the Influence. Once the test results are received, the charges will be filed with MDJ Beckley’s office.
