On Tuesday, June 25, 2013 around 215 AM a West Shore Regional Police Officer observed a male walking west on Market Street. The male stopped in the 1st block and attempted to urinate. The male then continued up Market Street and almost fell into traffic. Officers stopped to speak with the male. The male was identified as 28 year old Timothy Raymond CARLSON, JR of the 200 block of S. 18th Street, Camp Hill. CARLSON, JR exhibited signs of intoxication and was cited for public drunkenness. CARLSON, JR was also found to have active warrants and was taken into custody by a neighboring police department on an outstanding warrant.
