A Lemoyne man was recently arrested after the West Shore Regional Police responded to a call for an active domestic between brothers.
Around 3:30pm, on Saturday, July 13, 2013, the WSRPD was dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of South 5th Street, Lemoyne. Two brothers were to be involved in a physical altercation there.
When the officer arrived, he learned that Andrew Charles MCCLEAF, 26, got involved in an argument with his 17-year-old brother. Further investigation found that, during the argument, MCCLEAF struck the brother several times to the head and arms.
MCCLEAF was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison. He was processed and charged with one count of Simple Assault. MCCLEAF was arraigned by MDJ Dougherty and was released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing before MDJ Elizabeth Beckley.
