Traffic Stop Ends in DUI Arrest For Wormleysburg Man

On Wednesday, August 21, 2013, around 12:50am, A West Shore Regional Police Officer stopped a vehicle that was allegedly speeding, in the 100 block of Market Street, Lemoyne.

The driver of that vehicle was identified as Spenser David LEADER, 25, from the 200 block of North 2nd Street, Wormleysburg.  LEADER was believed to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Carlisle Regional Medical Center where he submitted to a blood test.

LEADER was then taken to the Cumberland County Prison, where he was processed and charged with Driving under the Influence.  The charges will be filed with MDJ Beckley’s office, once the results of the blood test are received.
