Hampden Township Man Arrested for Burglary

Kriegsman Jr - Burglary

On Tuesday, November 26, 2013 around 9:25 am the West Shore Regional Police Department was dispatched to the Village Thrift and Consignment Store at 435 Market Street in Lemoyne for a non-active burglary.  Officers learned that the suspect gained entry through a side window, damaged a safe and stole the contents of the safe.

Through an investigation Officers learned that 42-year-old Donald L. KRIEGSMAN, JR. was a suspect.  Officers also learned that KRIEGSMAN, JR. was suspected of stealing an undisclosed amount of money from the store on Saturday, November 23, 2013.

Officers discovered KRIEGSMAN, JR. was currently in Cumberland County Prison on unrelated criminal charges.  KRIEGSMAN, JR. was interviewed and admitted to committing both incidents.

KRIEGSMAN, JR. will be charged with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Criminal Trespass, Receiving Stolen Property and Criminal Mischief.
