On Tuesday, March 4, 2014 around 9:50 pm the West Shore Regional Police Department was dispatched to 238 Walnut Street, Apartment 4, in Lemoyne.  The complainant, the landlord for the property, advised the responding officer that he was checking on the tenant because of noise and foul odors coming from inside the apartment.  The landlord advised that he saw marijuana plants and paraphernalia inside which led to a Search Warrant being obtained and executed at the location.

As a result of the search warrant WSRPD seized numerous marijuana plants as well as drug paraphernalia.  The apartment’s resident, Alexander Andre GLASS, 30, was taken into custody and charged with Possession With Intent To Manufacture Marijuana, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  GLASS was taken to the Cumberland County Prison where he was processed and arraigned on the charges.  A Preliminary Hearing will be held at MDJ Beckley’s office on a date to be determined.
