Enola Man Arrested for DUI


On Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 6:45 PM the West Shore Regional Police Department was dispatched to assist the Camp Hill Borough Police Department with an unconscious male in a white pick-up truck along N. 25th Street in Camp Hill Borough.

As officers were enroute they were advised that the male had left the scene and was traveling in the direction of Lemoyne.  Officers spotted the vehicle in the 1000 block of Market Street in Lemoyne.  Officers then observed the operator driving erratically.  The officers stopped the vehicle and found the operator, Wilmer Antonio BURGOS-URREA of the 100 block of E. Columbia Road in Enola to be intoxicated.

BURGOS-URREA was taken to the Cumberland County Prison on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance, Operating Vehicle with an Open Alcohol Container and Driving with a Suspended License.  BURGOS-URREA refused to submit to a chemical test of his blood.  A Criminal Complaint will be filed at MDJ Beckley’s Office.
