Harrisburg women arrested for Criminal Mischief to a new vehicle

On Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 9 PM officers from the West Shore Regional Police Department were called to the 400 block of Market Street in the Borough of Lemoyne for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.

The caller reported sometime between Friday, August 15, 2014 at 9:30 PM and Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 5:30 AM unknown person(s) slashed all four of his tires and keyed/scratched the majority of his new 2014 Chrysler 300 while it was parked on N. 4th Street near the intersection of Market Street.

On Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 7:30 PM Lizbeth NMN RODRIGUEZ-RUIZ from the 300 block of Hamilton Street in Harrisburg was taken into custody after admitting to slashing the four tires and scratching the above vehicle.

RODRIGUEZ-RUIZ was transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and Criminal Mischief charges will be filed at MDJ Beckley’s Office after obtaining an estimate of damages.
