PERRYWSR20140800711 –  August 22, 2014

On Friday, August 22, 2014 at 2:03 AM, a West Shore Regional Police Officer stopped a black 2007 Ford Mustang at the intersection of S. 9th Street and Bosler Avenue in the Borough of Lemoyne for a traffic violation.

The operator of the vehicle, Justin Andrew PERRY of the 6000 block of Peachtree Street in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County gave a false date of birth to the officer to conceal the fact that he had an arrest warrant for drugs and a suspended driver’s license.  PERRY exhibited signs of intoxication and was placed into custody for Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or A Controlled Substance.  At that time the officer found PERRY’s identification card in his pocket that gave his proper date of birth.

PERRY was transported to the Carlisle Regional Medical Center where he submitted to a blood test.  He was then transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and warrant service.

Charges for Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or A Controlled Substance, Driving Under Suspension and False Identification to Law Enforcement Authorities will be filed with MDJ Beckley’s Office upon receipt of the blood test results.
